Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the strategic vision for end-to-end supply chain operations, aligning with Recykal's sustainability objectives.

2. Lead and manage a high-performing team, including operations managers and business development team.

3. Implement and continually refine efficient collection, transportation, and processing processes to maximize resource utilization.

4. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and sustainability enhancements.

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.

6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reverse logistics operations.

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing operations.

8. Implement and enforce safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety within the operations team.

9. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department.

Role Requirements

1. Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply chain or a related field.

2. 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of building supply chain operations from scratch.

3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

5. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and process improvement.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

9. Strong organizational and project management skills.Willingness to travel as required.
