Recycling Head - Non Ferrous - Manufacturing Industry

We are hiring for a Project Recycling Head for a manufacturing industry.

Job Role :

- Inspection, Sampling, Sample preparation, testing- entire facility set up, strategy, layout, deciding plant and equipment & facilities

- Basic Engineering - PFD, P&ID, Mass and Heat Balance, plant and equipment and all facilities

- Metal Recoveries - much higher than Primary plant and need special skills and understanding as the overall number of Metal extraction is much higher than from Primary based Copper Smelter.

- Detail Engineering and coordination with Project Execution team.

- Pre-processing - strategy, set up, deciding plant and equipment and facilities

- Brown field expansion of Refinery and re-building entire PMR plant at existing units - includes strategy, technology selection, basic and detail engineering

- Partnering with different companies so that byproducts management can be easily managed- lead &tin alloy, lead and zinc dusts and many other collaborations are needed.
