Recruitment Specialist - BFSI (NBFC, Wholesale banking, Insurance)
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with esteemed clients, key accounts and execution of positions within the industry vertical in the global market.
Key Result Areas :
A. End to end Recruitment (360 degree recruitment - Sourcing to Onboarding)
B. Client Relationship Management
C. Candidate Relationship Management
D. Ensure profitability of business aligned to organizational goals
The Ideal Candidate :
1. 4-10+ years of industry recruitment experience or B2B Sales Experience
2. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
4. Demonstrated ability towards exceeding targets and creating value for the clients.
5. Experience in developing end to end strategies, conduct market research/mapping, and build pipelines for current and future needs.
6. Familiar with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting.
