You'll do:
- Understanding client mandate, accurate and thorough profiling through -Research, Headhunting, Mapping, Screening and Evaluation.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, solutions, and strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry sectors, and growth opportunities.
- Implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance team performance and service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and operations, to align business objectives and deliver integrated solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Build a network of high quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.
- Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions
