- Shortlisting CVs in line with job order request, ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests.
- Talent Acquisition, Lateral hiring, Mapping for Leadership hiring requirements.

- Sorting the resumes depending on the client requirements through Job Portals and references.
- Responsible for the full hiring cycle like sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing of candidates, shortlisting, coordination, scheduling, till the candidates get on job board.
