- Maximize business by coordinating with HR Managers and Line Managers of existing clients.

- Provide quality recruitment services by matching the needs of clients and candidates.

- Head Hunting and Leadership hiring.

- Responsible for understanding and analyzing the requirements in different skill set categories.

- Scrutinizing, screening and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience.

- Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates before and after the interview.

- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports (MIS).

- Processing candidates through Applicant Tracking System (ATS - DigiHire).

- Coordinating with candidates until they finish up the interview to avoid no-show.

- Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview.

- Following up with the candidate after the offer is made till they come on board End to End Recruitment process / Talent Acquisition.

- Client Coordination (HR Managers and Line Managers) with existing clients to maximize business (SPOC).

- Shortlisting CVs in line with job order request, ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests.

- Talent Acquisition, Lateral hiring, Mapping for Leadership hiring requirements.

- Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories.

- Sorting the resumes depending on the client requirements through Job Portals and references.

- Responsible for the full hiring cycle like sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing of candidates, shortlisting, coordination, scheduling, till the candidates get on job board.
