Roles and responsibilities -
- End-to-end planning and execution of hiring challenges (referred to as events below) for clients
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, industry business challenges, culture and nature of the company, and objectives to seamlessly execute events
- Designing event formats for clients based on skills and other requirements
- Providing creative inputs for the marketing team to create a custom marketing plan based on the nature of an event
- Devising a marketing strategy for events, creating a process flow, hosting of hiring events on time.
- Monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives that are set for events and providing timely inputs to optimize the reach and derive better success from such events
- Interacting with clients regularly to provide updates about the event process, promotion plans, response from the participants, and any other ad-hoc demands related to event execution that the client may require.
