Recruitment Specialist & Generalist - IT

We are looking for Recruitment Specialist / DM / Manager with (6 Yrs +) experience for one of our semiconductor client based at Delhi/NCR. Job Role: 60 % Recruitment & 40 % Human Resources / Generalist Role. Our client is a Leading semiconductor company with $105 billion turnover based at Delhi/NCR.

- Atleast 5+ years of experience in product based company into semiconductor, wireless communications, smartphones skill sets.

KRA's : -

Hiring Experience on : Semiconductor, Embedded, wireless, smartphones, smartphone, Tablet, Audio driver, Device drivers, EDI, LTE Skill sets.

- Atleast 5+ years of experience in product based company into semiconductor, wireless communications, smartphones skill sets.

- Should have strong experience in Sourcing for Telecom product based Skills.

- Managing End to End prospect of Recruitment activities

- Experience in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.

- Initiating good HR practices which could improve employee morale and increase employee engagement

- Engaging with the Business in their reviews and driving HR policies/ processes through them

- Facilitate the performance management process within the functions - Supporting the Functional Manager in the yearly performance management exercise

- Facilitating the year end activities for the service line manpower budgets, salary cost projections etc.

- Ensure a high level of understanding and compliance with existing and proposed legislation for HR

- Strong acumen for gathering and analyzing market intelligence.

- Liaising with the search partners & empanelment of recruitment consultants
