Incumbent should have :

- B.Tech/B.E. ECE, Automobile, Chemical, Mechanical or Diploma in any of these Technical Streams

- PG MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations

- Expert in Sourcing and Creating Talent Spool readily available for the organization needs

- Good in mapping the profiles of PLC, SCADA, Engineering Design & Architectural expertise

- Track the movements of the talents and identify the real need for change of job

- Engage the prospective candidates with fruitful dialogues

- Adequate in Campus Recruitment processes

- Excellent Communication both oral & verbal

- Preferred with adequate knowledge in Hindi
