Main Function
The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the department leads to develop and oversee our Technology, Corporate and Investment recruitment efforts in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local recruitment strategies to identify and hire top talent, mainly focused on Technology and Corporate roles
- Promote our job openings on local job boards and other mediums, such as LinkedIn
- Liaise with local recruitment agencies
- Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking system
- Assist in the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
- Candidate interview scheduling and coordination
- Screening calls with local candidates
- Work with interviewing team to ensure candidates move through interview life cycle in a timely manner
- Perform benchmarking analysis or talent analysis based on needs of the hiring team
- Work with HR team to provide reports regarding recruitment efforts and any other ad hoc projects
Experience and Role Requirements
- Previous Recruitment and/or Talent Strategy experience specifically Technology
- Knowledgeable and well-versed about the Bangalore recruitment market
- Previous experience using applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with recruiting on social media, technology platforms and local job boards
- Previous experience liaising with recruitment agencies in India
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Able to travel occasionally
