We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, vendor management, and implementing HR initiatives. Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
3.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
4.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify talent for current and future hiring needs.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other vendors to support recruitment efforts.

Branding:
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to promote an employer of choice in the industry and the local market.
- Create compelling employer branding content for various channels, including social media, career websites, and recruitment materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, vendor management, and branding.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition in a competitive market.
- Experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
