Responsibilities :
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Source candidates with help of various methods.
- Undertaking searches to fulfill positions by working closely with the Talent advisors and business leaders.
Requirements :
- 8-10 years of Proven work experience as a Non IT Recruiter.
- Person should be fine to contribute Individually.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Should have experience working with Corporates.
