Recruitment Role - Legal Vertical Hiring

We are looking for suitable candidates for the post of Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to be based out of the Malad location.

Roles & Responsibility :

1. Understanding the position requirement.

2. Doing Research, Mapping, Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting resumes through different job portals.

3. Posting the job requirements on different portals.

4. Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills and qualifications.

5. Scheduling interviews, guiding the candidates.

6. Regular follow up with selected candidates.

7. Maintaining database for candidates, Being in touch with candidates, Headhunting contacts.

8. Maintaining and updating the status of filled and vacant openings.

Skills - Good communication, Adaptive, dedicated, good with portals like LinkedIn and ATS software.
