- As a Technical Recruiter at Otomeyt, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our clients.
- You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs and contribute to building high-performing teams.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in technical recruiting, be well-versed in sourcing strategies, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Roles and Responsibilities:.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, objectives, and organizational culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, providing guidance and insights on recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct proactive and creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:.
- Average graduation score of 60% or above.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent selling skills to effectively market job opportunities to candidates.
- A passion for recruitment with a demonstrated flair for identifying top talent.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluating candidates.
