Job Description :

- We are looking for several candidates (Only Experienced in US IT Recruitment: 5years & Above) who want to make a fast and rewarding career in the dynamic edtech industry.

- We are looking for individuals who would fit in with the existing team and show a strong aptitude for overseas US recruitment in terms of sourcing, candidate onboarding, and client management skills. upto 20lac

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Ability to understand client technical requirements in details and develop appropriate sourcing and search criteria

- Good to have overall exposure to business development, client engagement, candidate sourcing and fulfillment, candidate and client management

- Has excellent clear oral and written communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent professional Etiquette - Phone, Email, and Social media

- Excellent Computer and internet skills. Well-versed with all the latest Office & recruitment tools and applications

- Ability to source candidates in record time meeting /exceeding client deadlines

- COVID-19 considerations:

- Due to COVID-19, we have opted Work From Home option

Requirements :

- Committed to working independently from home and have a dedicated working space at home.

- Willing to work night shifts,. 5 days working

- Comfortable with video calls & virtual meetings.

- Comfortable being on calls for at least 3 hours every day.

- Comfortable with completing repetitive tasks at a high-volume

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking
