Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market intelligence and recommendations on possible search approaches or candidate requirements.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align with the search requirements.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward with in the recruitment process.
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, job sites and social networking platforms using different searches like Boolean.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
- Evaluate the candidates ability to handle international clients from a communication skills perspective.
- Review candidates and record their details coming from all sources in ATS
- Should comply with the companys policies and procedures.
Engaging Candidates:
- Use an appropriate mix of media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.
- Articulate value propositions to candidates interested in the job opportunity with respect to rale and organization.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on interview etiquette and overall expectations.
- Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
Assessing Candidates:
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description.
- Use independent judgment to compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine if the candidate is a match for the role or a potential match for other open positions.
- Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results.
Influencing the Hire:
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.
- Partner with the hiring leader to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
- Articulate job offers to candidates and drive for candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers as appropriate.
Service Excellence:
- Strict adherence to all regulations.
- Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure multiple qualified candidates are in play at all times.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to the hiring leader and leadership to depict both metrics and efforts.
- Identify perceived difficulties with searches & research and recommend solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the hiring leader, providing a consultative approach with recommendations on how to move forward.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Location: Noida / Chandigarh (Hybrid).
- Excellent communication and language skills.
- Proactive
- Strong selling and negotiations skills
- A strong grasp of IT technologies is a MUST
- Market and trend understanding in IT sector.
- Prior experience hiring Cybersecurity and / or Cloud Resources is highly desired, along with a solid understanding of the technologies involved
