We have an urgent requirement for International Recruiter to join our team.Below are the desired skills required for this role-:

1) A minimum of 7+ years of experience in international hiring

2) Should have experience in industry mapping

3) Should have strong passive sourcing skills and be capable of using different sourcing strategies and not just depend on available job portals

4)Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment

5)Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required

Roles and Responsibilities-:

1) Handle end-to-end recruitment process

2) Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, usergroups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.

3) Builds relationships with top candidates and establishes a pipeline of qualified resources

4) Conducts personal interviews via phone, video, to qualify candidates for open positions

5) Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards

6) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement

7) Responsible for Strategy Development process includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets

8) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
