Key Responsibilities -
- Support Region / Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader in gathering recruitment requirements and forecasts (with the business)
- Understand market conditions (with the business)
- Understand business growth targets to support Region Recruiting Leader in developing the strategy for campus / experienced hire / executive- hire/ contingent recruiting
- Support Recruiting Leader in determining campus, experienced hire, executive- and contingent workforce recruitment team budgets
- Manage (review and monitor) all recruiting budget and spend
- Manage (review and monitor) budget, spend and ROI for recruitment marketing/ brand/ communications
- Manage KPI measurements and targets for delivery; review progress against key metrics (e.g. cost per hire, agency costs etc.)
- Manage and deliver all management information (both quantitative and qualitative) that is required for effective operational and strategic decision making - Accountable for meeting all reporting requirements (working with TSS where relevant)
- Ensure maintenance of service delivery quality levels from TSS and others and monitor performance against their KPIs, SLA
- Communicate with and provide timely updates to key stakeholders within the business on a regular basis
- Manage all external vendor and 3rd party supplier agreements, to include working with procurement on commercial reviews
- Manage commercial relationships with local suppliers/vendors (e.g. search firms, marketing agencies, research, etc.)
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and drive initiatives to enhance effective use of technology
- Represent the Recruiting function on behalf of the Recruiting Leader; manage the HRS and TSS relationships and act as the primary recruiting point of contact
- Receive feedback from the business on recruitment service quality (coordinating with HR Enablement Leader as appropriate) and identify areas of improvement
- Manage headcount planning for the recruiting function across the region / cluster /country, proactively assessing changes in recruitment need over the year; manage team size, work allocations, portfolio allocation
- Work with Region /Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader to understand the capability within the recruiting team and manage ongoing training and development
- Support Region / Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader in performance management and hold the team accountable to individual and team metrics
- Support Region /Cluster /Country Recruiting Leader in deploying assessment training for interviewers and assessors
- Execute continuous improvement and change management projects relating to recruiting, as and when required
- Ensure legal and policy compliance and alignment to global processes and systems
- Drive continuous improvement to the candidate and employee experience

- Working in international and diverse environments
- Prior experience of working in an operations role preferred
