Hiring for a Recruitment Partner for an MNC based in Based in Bangalore.

. Must have Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in a high-growth tech environment

- Diversity Hiring experience

- Must be versed enough with latest tech stacks to talk shop with candidates

- Experience sourcing and proven track record for closing profiles ranging from mid to senior engineering positions

- Vendor, stakeholder,and escalation management

- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent

Good to have:

- Volume Hiring experience preferred

- Social media influencers in LinkedIn preferred

- MBA in HR / MSW Preferred
