- Setting up Talent Analytics for Recruitment
- Manage Recruitment reports including weekly recruiting report, quarterly dashboards along with Senior Management PPTs.
- Support Recruitment Head to analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of recruiting strategies and measure ROI.
- Few analyses that helped team to focus on are Offer Drop Analysis, Cost Analysis, Recruitment Metrics (NHCTC, Source Mix, Time to fulfill/hire, Offer to Join, Diversity hiring,), Salary Band compliance analysis, Funnel Analysis, Interview Center of Excellence & early attrition analysis
- Create & Design reports through Excel & Google Studio dashboard.
- Created and implemented streamlined governance frameworks and reporting metrics relating to ATS- My Next Hire.
Technical Skills :
- Strong technical knowledge of Data Analytics
- Advanced capability on number crunching and Data Visualization, Interpretation & Analysis
- Advanced capability on MS-Excel
- Well versed with latest tools used for data analytics like Power BI etc.
