We are hiring for our client-a leading IT Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Building and implementing an effective recruitment marketing strategy, including both reactive and proactive marketing efforts.
- Own, Improve and Optimize pre-funnel stages of candidate pipeline i.e., Awareness, Consideration, Interest and Application. Define audience & build personas i.e., identify who may be interested in brand and career opportunities. Set goals accordingly, decide and use appropriate marketing channels and tactics to accomplish those goals.
- Own Employer branding (Internal and External), increasing both Company and Opportunity Awareness. Attend/Sponsor Job fairs, Hackathons, Job/Local market events, Collaborate with Educational Institutions/Hubs for internship programs/fresh talent, Participate in/Run professional groups on social media/other platforms, Participate in various listings for promotional activities.
- Own Recruitment Content Marketing (Multimedia, Blogs etc., targeting both passive and active candidates), Candidate Email Campaigns, Career Site (for job seekers and employees) Optimization & Visitor Experience Improvements, Social-media Recruiting/Campaigns, Employee Referral Programs, Display Advertising and Retargeting as well as Personalized Communication with talent communities/groups.
Pre-Requisites:
- Min 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and direct marketing experience
- Proven track record in executing successful employer branding/marketing initiatives.
Education: MBA/PGDM in any Specialization, Other Post Graduate
Work Location: Delhi-NCR/Remote working
