Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify individuals who possess the required skills and experience for open positions.
Candidate Selection & Interview Process:
- Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers based on interview results.
Offer & Onboarding:
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages, to secure top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Relationship Building & Continuous Improvement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive and efficient recruitment process.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance the candidate experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Bachelor/masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and proven ability to source and attract top talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other relevant recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
