We run the RPO for a large telecom operator in Oman, and we are looking at a recruiter to be based in their office to handle this project as an RPO specialist.
The person would be on our partner company's role ( a $ 100 Million firm) and would be signed up initially for a 9 month contract.
The Person :
- 6+ years of experience
- Must be from recruitment background. ( preferably Telecom)
- Must have conducted first level interviews with candidates including senior ones.
The Role :
The client is hiring mid and senior management Omani nationals . You would be based in the client office and be;
- Responsible to manage the day-to-day recruitment
- Liaison between various business managers/hiring managers to
- Understand JD's
- Take feedback on CVs
- Conduct first level Interviews and schedule business interviews
- Take feedback post interviews
- Bridge any gap between expectation and profile availability.
- Coordinate with 3-4 recruiters in the back-end on sourcing and recruiting.
- Ensure internal references from client employees are generated and attended to.
- Track the Client's internal database of applications.
- Recruitment reporting & Information system analysis.
