About our Client - Our client is a Europe-based Fortune 500 company and a leading player in the energy and gas segment. Over a 100 years old, it employs more than 40,000 employees today and generated annual revenues of $15 billion. With a strong focus on their India operations, they are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment program.
Job Description - Reporting into the business HR Head, you will have 1 team member and your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the talent acquisition process on a pan-India level - both lateral and campus
- Working closely with the business head to strategically drive the manpower planning process
- Analysing the competency gaps and assisting business on closing the same
- Innovating around the talent acquisition process and strategically formulating new methodologies
- Contributing to the global Talent Acquisition program on project basis
The Successful Candidate - The successful will carry 8 years of experience and must be managing talent acquisition in manufacturing / engineering recruitments for the last 4 years. You also carry past experience of leading a team in MNCs and have a proven track record of formulating recruitment frameworks - both at a strategic as well as an operational level. Excellent communication skills are a must and should be coupled with an action-oriented approach. You are self-motivated, driven with a mature business perspective and are flexible to travel around the country as and when business requires.
