Experience - 10- 15 years

Salary Budget : 20-22 Lakhs/ annum

Strong experience in leadership hiring & global hiring

Must Haves - Should be from Executive Search firms. Should have strong hands on experience in sourcing for Leadership roles and Global roles. BOTH are mandatory.

Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references etc. Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behaviour, cultural and motivational fitment.

- Should have handled Global & Leadership Hiring (independently)

- Should be ready for Individual contribution role

- Proficient in usage of MS Office tools

- Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically

Other skills required :

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven

- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English

- Should be able to handle work pressure
