Recruitment Manager - MBA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for IT/Engineering, R&D, sales and Corporate functions within India region. The role holder will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to stakeholder management to onboarding new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment process, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of successful recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for IT/Engineering, sales and Corporate positions.

- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

- Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

- Lead the selection process, including interviewing, evaluating, and recommending candidates to hiring managers.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the IT/Engineering and Corporate sectors.

- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent pipelines.

- Supervise and mentor team members.

- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance the team's performance and capabilities.

- Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

- Promote the integration of new employees into the organization.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field

- Proven experience in recruiting, 10+ years, including technical and non-technical roles, preferable with a product Organization

- Strong knowledge of industry-specific trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
