Job Description:
- Minimum 4 year of exp in IT Recruitment is required. Mid/ Sr Level hiring experience will be added advantage though not mandatory.
- Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Duties include:
- Taking care of existing clients, Account mining, Account mapping
- Identify, assess, map the existing clients in IT Staffing for Growth
- Meet all clients regularly and generate demands
- Achieve the agreed Revenue .
- Provide Market/competition and Industry knowledge in IT Staffing from time to time
- Increase the wallet share with the clients
- Responsible for meeting the overall hiring targets for the assigned Key Strategic Accounts
- Setup and continuously monitor the recruitment related systems and processes by introducing weekly team meetings and review of monthly scorecard.
- Provide management report for senior leadership on a frequent basis
- Coaching & mentoring team members
- Responsible for timely and smooth on boarding of all selected candidates
- Ensuring team and individual productivity through extensive review process.
Requirements of the role:
- Graduation/MBA with Excellent interpersonal communication both Verbal and Oral
- Previous experience of 2-3 Years in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success
- Needs Prior experience in handling consulting/staffing business
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Highly self-motivated and highly energetic
