- Responsible for end to end recruitment.
- Develop recruiting strategy in line with Business Plan and implement the same.
- Experience in building and managing a recruiting team.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Desired profile:
- MBA from a reputed Institute with 10+ years of experience into Talent Acquisition.
- Prefer candidates from KPO/BPO/Retail/FMCG/Telecom/E commerce.
- Experience in Volume hiring would be preferred.
