- Manage the hiring needs of the firm across functions
- Handling the recruitment individually and with a team for the organisation
- End to end recruitment management and understanding the hiring needs of the organisation
- Extensive stakeholder management and ensuring quality hires within the assigned TAT
- Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy
- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm
- Effectively create job descriptions and identify the key KRA's across job levels
- Work in liaison with business and other enabling functions to ensure timely on boarding of candidates
- Proactively meeting candidates and creating a pipeline ensuring the business requirements are met
- Develop key recruitment metrics and work to reduce the overall TAT
- Create and identify sources to hire the right candidate- social media, vendors, referrals,
- Responsible for mapping external talent pool to critical positions within the organization
