Recruitment Manager - BFS - Contract/Retainership Role

A client (Prestigious MNC) has a requirement for Talent Acquisition experts on 8-12 months contract or retainership, with chances of confirming the team member basis performance.

Experience: 8-14 years of experience in Recruitment in International companies and market

Work Location: Mumbai

Attributes required but not limited to:

- Years of focused experience in end to end specialized recruitment process experience

- Manage entire Talent Acquisition for particular business / location in line with organizations hiring plans

- Understand, Support, Plan & Execute Business Heads resource requirements

- Bulk hiring through vendors, job portals, social media and internal referrals

Vendor Management

- Manage mid level to leadership hiring

- Able to effectively interact with business, source & deliver on mandates

- Prefer Masters in HR Specialization from recognized institutes

- Extremely good in communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
