Aligning business and customer requirements with the hiring strategy of the organization, ascertaining manpower requirements based on key skill sets, technical requirements, Compensation & Benefit Analysis, and job profiling.
- Hiring across levels: Volumes, Mid, Senior & Leadership.
- Define & execute against metrics.
- Will be responsible to guide/ help/ mentor the team
- Managing sourcing and hiring activity cycle through employee referrals, Job Portals, Vendors
- Deciding the budgets required to get the required number of candidates. Managing Cost per hire, deciding the best mix of sourcing channels to maintain profitability
- Understand requirements, meet with the stake holders for better understanding of requirements, draw up plans to achieve requirement
- Facilitate research and development related to Recruitment
- Ensure that the offered candidates join. Keep the stake holders informed of any changes in joining plans of candidates
- Monthly reporting, this may include open / filled position reports and cost / budget performance
- Ensure ethical and professional relationship with vendors
- Be process oriented and work in a structured environment.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Ensure timely recruitment & resource on boarding as per agreed SLA
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong 3 to 4 yrs of experience in leadership hiring
- Should have exposure to hiring for mid and senior levels
- Strong team handling experience
- Strong Data tracking/Metrics knowledge
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience
- Should be process driven
- Strong communication skills
Educational Qualification
- (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) mandatory OR (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations) preferred
