Roles & Responsibilities:
- Heading the Recruitment team and Design strategies in partnership with the business
- Managing Stakeholders
- Majorly involved in Bulk hiring,campus hiring and Campus recruitments.
- Manage a team of seasoned technical recruiters to ensure just in time delivery of quality talent
- Create a robust strategy for hiring from Employee Referral, Job Portals & Direct channel
- Lend direction towards initiatives aimed at increasing company visibility in niche talent pools
- Meet challenging recruiting targets across levels consistently within SLAs
- Facilitate continuous process improvements
- Partner actively with hiring managers
- Hire through the most cost-effective sources and reduce recruiting costs.
- Increase applicant to hire ratio to ensure that the best candidate is hired.
- Manage MIS and share the key metrics with the leadership team on weekly basis for effective decision making
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Recruiting and talent sourcing
- Proven ability in sourcing across channels
- Proactive in working closely with the leadership team and with the end clients spread across different geographies
- Ability to innovate the staffing process that result in on demand staffing delivery
- Ability to manage, coach and mentor a team of experienced recruiters
- Excellent communication skills is a must
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years experience in Recruitment
- At least 3 years experience in Team handling
- English: Fluent
