1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a pool of high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Guide the recruitment process, market trends, and industry best practices.
3. Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Implement strategies to engage passive candidates and build relationships within the industry.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent written & spoken business language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
