Recruitment Lead/Manager - IT

We are looking for a very strong SAP Technical

Experience 5 -7 Years

Salary - Negotiable

- Candidate Identification Process: Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.

- Search, manage, build resource pool using job boards, recruiter groups, social networking

- Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions by conducting skills testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations.

- Create internal database and creative resources to identify potential candidates.

- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.

- Identify candidates for training in niche modules , cordinate and conduct the training.

- Build relationships with local IT consultants to form a strong network and pool of candidates.

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong problem solving abilities.

- Must have have great skills in negotiating rates with Vendors and Consultants.

- Must be able to handle volume and rapid turnaround requirements

- Must have contract management skills.
