is looking for Recruitment Lead with minimum 9 years of experience in Recruitment role.
Following are the details
- Management Graduate in HR
-9-15 years Experience
- Experience in handling large recruitments across the levels
- Should be able to interviewing candidates at various levels and share shortlisted candidates with other interviewers
- Should have experience in Handling IT recruitments
- Should have managed a team of recruiters
- Should of experience of interpretting Personalty tests like Thomas profiling
- Passionate, Energetic and will to excel should be part of the personalty traits
