Recruitment Lead - Corporate - EduTech

Our client is a leading leading corporate and has successfully established operations. Company is into growth phase and expanding operations across India.

They are looking for Recruitment Lead for South Zone. Position reporting into CHRO, will be an individual contributor role responsible for :

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment: understanding the requirement, screening, shortlisting and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers / stakeholders.

2. Extensive experience in recruiting through job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and referrals along with various sourcing techniques.

3. Arranging interview panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.

4. Responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire Recruitment Process.

5. Looking for Immediate joiners.
