- Hiring for technology roles/Non Tech
- Deliver recruitment strategy that elevates you capability to attract critical talent to support the business agenda
- Develop recruitment strategies to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web- based, social media, etc.)
- Implement a consistent and effective hiring approach to improve quality of hire (e.g. interview practices, assessments, selection process)
- Partner with internal clients and HR business partners to understand the business and talent needs. Build winning recruitment strategies by taking information gathered from the business and staying ahead of business needs
- Highlight trends and themes discovered by working with clients, talking to candidates and staying on top of market trends
- Collaborate to identify key metrics to measure ROI, influence future decisions and resource allocation; leverage these metrics to monitor and ensure customer and candidate satisfaction
- Responsible for end to end metrics and reporting across business functions
- Ability to influence, inspire, train and develop a high-performance team crossfunctionally
- Champion recruiting initiatives and ability to reinforce recruiting principles.
