Leading the overall account and managing the delivery of the team.
- Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, identifying, attracting, assessing, hiring and on-boarding talent) with solid knowledge of the business/culture and the available talent pool in the relevant geographic markets.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Keeping abreast with the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests
- Managing a team and coaching team members to streamline and strategize new recruitment methods.
- Vendor and stakeholder/Business management.
- Preparation and completion of MIS (Weekly, Monthly) which includes TAT, Hiring Cost, Variance report, Organizational Chart, data on HR activities, confirmation status and monthly review.
Salary Offered : 13-23 LPA
