Description:
Reporting into the HR Head, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the HR strategies, policies, and practices, while improving and monitoring employee productivity
- Recruitment amongst functions, majorly the finance team, and other leadership positions
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Profile :
- 6-8 years of work experience along with a full-time MBA
- Strong stakeholder management since the concerned BU has leadership + mid-management people
- Someone who has handled Finance recruitment at a Corporate level
- Strong experience as a business partner, while working with the CXO team
