Recruitment Head - US IT Staffing

One of Our leading Client in Gurgaon is looking for US Recruitment Head.

Job Details:

Designation : US IT Recruitment Head

Experience : 15+ Years

Location : Gurgaon

Basic Requirement:

- Masters or Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Business or Technology

- Minimum 15+ years of total experience with at least 10+ in staffing/recruiting with US staffing

- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Career builder, etc.)

- Should have strong technical understanding

- Should be proficient with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Ability to create great working relationships at all levels within the organization and across multiple disciplines

- Excellent time and project management skills

- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

- Confident in engaging with all levels of management.

- Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.

- Ability to think outside the box, and be part of staffing innovation
