- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the hospital.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and industry partnerships, to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the selection of high-caliber individuals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a talent pool, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to the organization's success.
Qualifications:
MBA with experience in working in HR Recruitment Consultants and experience of working with multiple clients
