Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant - Education

We are looking to hire an education specialist to handle end to end recruitment for our clients in the education industry. Candidates, currently involved in a sales role of an education company might be considered as well. Following are the responsibilities:

- Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

- Analysing and understanding the client's requirements

- Effective client relationship management

- Escalations and Resolutions management

- Candidate Assessment and Management

- Responsible for invoicing & collections

- Experience/ Knowledge of market & industry mapping

- Responsible for generating new clients within the industry as well.
