Job Description - Reporting to the Manager of the team, you will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of recruitment activities in your domain. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing a strong client base within your area of specialization

- Working with senior business leaders to understand their human capital needs

- Building a strong candidate network

- Providing expert career advice to middle senior level professionals

- Driving and influencing candidates and clients to create the right fit

The Successful Candidate -

- You possess an MBA qualification from a top tier business school as well as 2-5 years of experience.

- You have a strong track record of success and a competitive streak.

- Prior client facing experience would be a strong plus.

- You are a self starter with a drive to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
