Recruitment Consultant - Business Partner

This role is with the NCR office of a top MNC recruitment consultancy firm, engaged primarily in hiring mandates of manager upwards levels. The recruitment consultancy firm is primarily focused on premium recruitments and doesn't have the BPO/ IT focus. They can open doors of large MNC firms for recruitment mandates and make the work easier for their consultants.

They are looking for 1 recruitment consultant with at least 5 years of recruitment consultancy or HR-Recruitment experience who can join them as Associate Director and work against a princely profit-share which can easily yield in excess of Rs 20 lakhs/ annum. Fixed salary will kick in only by the 3rd month but all the expenses will be covered by the company till that time.

The person must have recruitment exposure in and around NCR region. The person must have a disciplined approach and shall be committed. The business development activities will be closely monitored by the directors who are IIMites and have senior corporate exposure. Training and sales support will be provided. The person will be given a free hand in forming his/ her team and managing his/ her P&L.
