- Provide sourcing of professionals for client out-source placement, both contract and permanent, recruit for our preferred and direct clients.
- Demands ability to successfully utilize email contact, conduct phone interviews, build database of potential candidates, job to candidate matching and candidate screening.
- Extensive use of internet search engines and design of productive job ads to locate and attract qualified candidates. Request and follow up on current candidate referrals.
- Conduct phone screens to assess individual's skill level and communication abilities and determine if candidate will meet the client's needs.
- Uploading, Checking, Tracking & Maintaining the Candidate Database on ERP System
- Maintain contact with current employees and keep pending candidate's up to date regarding progress of upcoming projects and submittals.
- Consult with Account managers and Leads on a daily basis regarding open orders, provide status of recruitment initiatives, supply resources for upcoming bids and projects, etc.
