Job Description

- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment activities for the BFSI Sector

- Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

- Analyzing and understanding the client's requirements

- Focus towards building Key / Large accounts through effective client relationship management

- Escalations and Resolutions management

- Candidate Assessment and Management

- Responsible for invoicing & collections

- Experience/ Knowledge of market & industry mapping

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should be smart, assertive, logical and achievement oriented

- Recruitment experience in BFSI sector is mandatory.

- Should have exposure in handling recruitment for clients in corporate banking, commercial banking, investment banking, capital markets, financial services - AMC & Institutional broking.
