We are looking at 1-3 yrs of exp.

Qualification: MBA in HR

Job Description:

- Handling middle to top management positions, Responsible for End- to End recruitment service delivery

- Attracting, finding and selecting highly talented individuals those who align with the client’s business strategy and possess required competencies, and who will integrate smoothly and productively into the organization and its culture

- Understanding the competencies required in a Job Role

- Analyze and plan the manpower acquisition strategy

- Talent mapping and Head Hunting for suitable candidates

- Qualifying and analyzing candidates by initial telephone interviews against the necessary job essentials

- Interacting with consultants
