- Experience in Sourcing, Screening, handling Stakeholders .
- Experience in ATS
- Experience in various site for job posting.
- Accountable for ensuring target number of hires join as per pre-agreed start dates
- Work in collaboration with the team to ensure hiring targets are met
- Work independently on sourcing to ensure a robust pipeline at each stage of the recruiting funnel
- Manage candidate experience effectively to achieve a high satisfaction score.
