Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify top talent.
- Efficiently screen and shortlist candidates based on pre-defined criteria.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify potential candidates for hiring manager consideration.
- Coordinate the interview process, scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process effectively, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date candidate database for effective management.
- Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
Qualifications:
- 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with recruitment software platforms is a plus.
- A strong understanding of social media recruitment strategies is preferred.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Professional certification in HR (e.g, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
