Job Description :

- We are immediately hiring for IT Recruiters , having 4+yrs experience in IT hiring self sourcing preferably from consulting background.

- Responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions , in BFSI / Fintech companies.

- Will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.

- Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

- Should be an expert in Linked-in sourcing & other social media portals.

- We are looking at immediate joiners , from any location , this will be full-time , work from home (fixed salary + attractive incentives).
